HOW THE KINGDOM OF GOD LOOKS LIKE

It is very difficult to imagine how the Kingdom of God looks like but according to the way Bible describes it; We think that it is like a very precious City built on the good Hill

The kingdom of God is somehow a mystery because we don’t have people who went there and came back to tell us about it, it is a place where we can’t visit; but at the other side it is known because the Bible gives us some information about it.

It is compared to the man who sowed good seed, but when guardians were sleepy the enemy sowed tares among his wheat. Tares and wheat grew together. People started asking themselves where tares came from because they did not know what happened. But the Sower recognized where tares came from and answered his servants that it was the enemy who did it. The Sower did not allow servants to get them off because he knew that if he allows them to get tares off; they might damage the wheat roots too and get dried. That’s why he ordered to let both wheat and tares keep growing together till the time to get harvest. And when they will be harvesting he will order reapers to collect tares and let them burnt. And collect wheat to be conserved into the barn.

Tares and wheat look alike but they are very different because tares can’t give harvest while the wheat give very important grain. It is easy to separate them at the harvest stage

You may ask yourself why we are using this wheat and tares passage to describe the Kingdom of God. Using this passage we may say that the Sower is compared to God who sowed the gospel among his people; all people were supposed to understand the word of God and follow what it tells them to do.

Satan was around and started to confuse people through using different technics, forbade them to understand the word of God and fail to follow the God. Though Satan misled God’s people; there are people who followed God through understanding what the word of God tells them. God should destroy those who decided to deny him as servant suggested to the Sower in our passage, but God didn’t do so in order to give them other chance to come back to him. It’s also how he allows good people and bad people to live together until he will come to judge us; that’s when he will put good people on his light side and bad people on his left side. Those who will be on his right side will be rewarded and those who will be on his left side will be punished (Matthew 25:31-41).

Now we still have a time to make choice; weather you want to be punished or rewarded. The only way to be rewarded is to believe in Jesus Christ the only begotten Son of God who was sent to die for us in order to let us get the eternal life (John 3:16). So look at you and see where you belong either on his right side or left side in order to avoid God’s punishments.
